If you’ve landed here, something in you is ready for change, even if the path isn’t fully clear yet. I know that place. Through 25 years of study and lived experience, I've learned that every person holds far more capacity for healing than they realize. There's no single fix, but there is a way to feel better and like yourself again. I’m here to walk this path with you.

THE WELLNESS PATH
Living with a chronic condition isn’t just physical, it affects your whole being. This program helps guide your body out of survival mode into a more supported, healing state… physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Rooted in nervous system regulation and whole-person healing.
THE HAPPINESS PATH
Most people wait for happiness to arrive. This program helps you step out of autopilot and build it intentionally, across every part of your life: how you eat, move, connect, work, cope with stress, and care for yourself.
Rooted in multidimensional health and Blue Zones principles.

There was a time in my life when I was living what felt like my best life. I had just bought a new journal and wrote on the inside cover: “2010 – my best year yet.”
When strength becomes a stress response, and the rewiring process you can practice.
Sometimes wellness doesn’t come from a pill, a diet, or a workout plan. Sometimes it comes from another human being and the simple act of someone caring whether you show up tomorrow.
For every woman who has done the work but still questions herself. For 25 years, I’ve studied wellness. Not casually and not as a hobby. I studied relentlessly. And yet, I didn’t fully step forward.
