A note on my approach
Living with a chronic condition is rarely just physical. It’s mental, emotional, and deeply personal. Some days feel manageable. Others feel like too much. This space is designed for exactly that reality, not to fix it, but to help you move through it with more steadiness, awareness, and support. Each session creates space to learn, reflect, and feel less alone in what you’re carrying.
This is not a replacement for medical care. It’s a grounded complement to it, designed to help you feel more regulated and more equipped as you navigate your health. Whether you’re navigating treatment, exploring holistic options, or learning how to live more fully within your reality, this work meets you where you are.

Stress and your body
Most of us were never taught how much our stress, thoughts, and daily pressures show up physically. This is where we start to understand that connection and what to do with it.
Nervous system regulation
Simple, real tools to help you feel safe in your body, more grounded, and support your nervous system, because a regulated nervous system is what allows your body to move into a more healing state.
Sustainable daily shifts
Small changes that fit into your life as it really is, not as it should be. The kind that don’t require willpower or perfect conditions to work.
Awareness and inner resilience
Getting to know your own patterns well enough that hard days don’t knock you as far off course, and that you can find your way back to yourself a little more easily.
Each live session includes
