A note on my approach

If you’ve been trying to feel better but nothing fully sticks, you’re not alone. Most approaches focus on one piece of the puzzle. What to expect

Why I recommend starting with a 3-month container

The biggest fear most people have when starting this work is that they’ll quit before anything real shifts. Research shows it takes around 6–8 weeks for new patterns to begin forming in the brain, and longer for them to feel natural. One session can give you clarity, but three months gives us the time and space to actually work through things, layer by layer, so the shifts stick.

Instead of starting over (again), you’re consistently building on something. So before the initial motivation wears off, you’re already in motion, making steady, cumulative progress, with someone in your corner helping you adjust, refocus, and keep going. With unlimited messaging support between sessions, you get guidance exactly when you need it, not just when we’re scheduled to meet.
