A note on my approach

We spend so much of our lives rushing: moving fast, thinking faster, rarely stopping long enough to actually feel where we are.
This experience is a pause. A deliberate, supported one. Blending mindfulness, gentle nervous system support, and the kind of connection that only happens when you slow down together, Ground & Grow is inspired by the habits of the world’s longest-living communities: natural movement, time in nature, and walking alongside others in a space that feels genuinely safe.

Each gathering includes a different guided focus designed to support both reflection and real-life change as well as simple practices that help you reconnect with yourself. Some weeks may center on stress and slowing down, while others explore the stories we carry, the habits shaping our wellbeing, or the small shifts that help us feel more grounded, clear, and present. More than just a peaceful walk, this is a space to learn, reset, and gently return to yourself alongside others doing the same.

This is for you if

If you're navigating ongoing stress or chronic symptoms, this can be a gentle, supportive complement to your overall wellness. And if you're simply looking to feel a little better in your day-to-day, you belong here too.

What to expect

A gentle arrival with light conversation or a short teaching to help you settle in and shift your focus inward.

A peaceful, intentional walk with simple prompts to support awareness, breathing, and nervous system regulation. Movement as medicine.

Time to reflect, share if you’d like, and leave feeling more grounded than when you arrived.
